In consideration that I will be given access extremely valuable information to improve my technical analysis skill after purchasing the membership courtesy of OnyxTradeHouse, I agree as follows: 

 

1. Trade Secrets 

I understand that during my time as a member and research there may be disclosed to me or I may gain access to trade secrets and other proprietary or confidential information of OnyxTradeHouse. This includes, but is not limited to:  

• Technical information concerning OnyxTradeHouse’s learning project, technical memoranda and correspondence, formulas, designs, devices, diagrams, charts, client results, processes, inventions 

• OnyxTradeHouse’s business information, including cost information, accounting and unpublished financial information, business plans, customer lists and customer information, purchasing techniques, supplier lists and supplier information and marketing, production or merchandising systems or plans. 

 

2. Non-Disclosure of Trade Secrets 

I will keep OnyxTradeHouse trade secrets, whether or not prepared or developed by me, in the strictest confidence. I will not disclose such secrets to anyone outside the OnyxTradeHouse Paid Membership without OnyxTradeHouse prior written consent. Nor will I make use of any OnyxTradeHouse trade secrets for the benefit of anyone other than Disclosing Party & Myself when carrying out technical analysis without OnyxTradeHouse prior written consent. 

However, I have no obligation to treat as confidential any information which: 

(a) was in my possession or known to me, without an obligation to keep it confidential, before such information was disclosed to me by OnyxTradeHouse; 

(b) is or becomes public knowledge through a source other than me or 

(c) is or becomes lawfully available to me from a source other than OnyxTradeHouse. 

 

3. Duration of Confidentiality Obligation 

My obligation to maintain the confidentiality and security of OnyxTradeHouse trade secrets continues for so long as such material remains a trade secret. Any disclosure of confidential information will result in account termination with no refund and I am fully aware of this. 

 

4. I May Not Utilise OnyxTradeHouse Service to: 

 

• Post or reveal paid material for any purpose, especially to teach or post onto any online media. 

• Post content that is troublesome, uncivil, damaging, revolting, profane, vulgar, disdainful, fake, compromising, hassling, abusive, which reveals private or individual issues concerning any individual. 

• Post or transmit any material that you don't reserve the privilege to transmit under law, (copyright, competitive advantage or protections) or under authoritative or guardian connections, (nondisclosure understandings) 

• Post or transmit any sexually explicit content 

• Impersonate any person/member 

• Utilise the account, username, or password of another Member or reveal your login information to any third party 

• Sell or give away your profile 

• Use any information given to harass, abuse, or harm any other individual 

• Violate any applicable law or regulation while accessing and using our website 

• Post or give any file that may or does contain viruses (Corrupt file) 

• Copy, download, or harvest any material given 

• Take any action that damages or disrupts the service 

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to services, materials, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any OnyxTradeHouse server/website. 

If I was to violate these terms and conditions in any way, or if OnyxTradeHouse Ltd reasonably suspect that you have violated these terms and conditions in any way, OnyxTradeHouse Ltd may: 

• Temporarily/Permanently prohibit you from accessing the OnyxTradeHouse Ltd server 

• Block computers using my IP address from accessing the OnyxTradeHouse Ltd website 

• Contact any or all of my Internet Service Providers and request that they block my access to OnyxTradeHouse website 

• Commence legal action against me, whether for breach of contract or otherwise 

If OnyxTradeHouse Ltd were to suspend or block me from access to the services, I, the suspended customer am not allowed in any way to revoke the suspension or create/use a different account and will not be issued a refund. 

 

5. Final Statement of Agreement. 

By signing up to become a OnyxTradeHouse Paid Member, I agree fully to everything that was stated in this document. I understand that I must follow each condition as clearly stated in this Non-Disclosure Agreement. If Iviolate the standards and rules listed in this document in any way, I understand that my account will be terminated instantly, with no refund given to me.
